very easy..located on the r-side ,,,if yure on front of it..remove accelerator torkie(2- bolts nn-10) but becarefull put it back same way...when you removeit you will see termostat housing under it...2- bolts allsoy no gusket needed new termostan comes with it...just replase and pur everthing back...when you start the car do not forgot relese air from cooling sistem..2- scrues they lokated on the upeer rail.....goog luck..

If you lost windows password . I think the best solution is making a windows password recovery disk with the third part utility. The disk works perfectly to recover windows password to "Blank". It is also useful for administrator password recovery , you can wrote it to an blank CD or USB flash drive to recover administrator password . Booting up and clearing a password takes a minute or two works like a charm.

YOu must have beaten the sevn gym's and the elite four, plus your Rival. Once this is completed you need to go and capture 60 diffrent pokemon. Then go and speak to Oak and he gives you a item. Now go to island one and speak to Cleio and he tells you to get him two Gem's. once you have them he gives you a pass for the other four island, island 4, 5, 6, and 7.

Yeah, I'm 14 and I am nearly 12 stone. To be honest, it really depends if you're overweight by your height. I am 5 foot 6, and 11 stone, and I think I'm overweight, but people think I am slim because I'm tall, but they don't know my weight. Erm, I think you could do with losing a bit of weight. I'm not calling you fat or anything, you sound quite healthy if you can run for long periods of time. Don't worry if you think you're fat, because most of it is puppy fat and when you go through puberty you will get a more womenly shape, and start developing properly. I thought I was fat when I was 12 but now I'm starting to get hips. Just don't worry about it, you will keep growing and you will start getting taller and slimmer, but just be careful of what you eat aswell, and remember to exercise alot. BONUS, lads find womenly girls attractive, rather than really skinny girls, boys like girls with shape. Eat well, and move more. :)

lay down with your hands underneath your shoulders, push-up, make sure your entire body is straight and if its not move your legs farther away from your shoulder, your chin should almost scrape the floor when you do one take proper measurment between yure palms
Start in the plank position with your hands shoulder width apart. Balance on your hands and tips of your toes holding your middle off the ground. Slowly lower yourself until your arms are bent at 90 degrees or a little more. Then push yourself back up to the starting position. This is one pushup.
