BUT WHY DID THE LIONS BECAME SOCIAL, BECAUSE THEY NEEDED TO SURVIVE ALL DISASTERS AND ENEMIES. IF LIONS WERE SOLITARY THEY WILL NOT SURVIVE IN AFRICA. THE TIGERS HAVE TO FIGHT OTHER MORE EXPERIENCED TIGERS ALONE, THEY HAVE NO SUPPORT TO PROTECT THEIR YOUNG. THEY LEARNED TO SURVIVE HOW TO LIVE ALONE AND FACE DANGERS. IN A TIGER VS TIGER FIGHT THERE ARE BRUTAL CONSEQUENCES. THE TIGERS WILL GET INJURED IN A UNFORGIVABLE AND SOMETIMES LEAD TO DEATH AND SERIOUS INJURIES, SOME TIGERS EVEN LOOSE THEIR NAILS, TEETH AND MANY MORE. THIS SHOW HOW POWERFUL IS TIGER FIGHT, THEY WILL FIGHT UP DEATH. MANY TIGERS ARE KILLED BY ANOTHER TIGERS LIKE THE LIONS, THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TIGER FIGHT OR LION FIGHT. THE LIONS HAVE MORE CHANCES TO SURVIVE ONLY BECAUSE THEY LIVE IN GROUPS

It is unlikely that an Asiatic lion would actively hunt and eat a tiger as they do not usually share the same habitat or natural range. These two big cats would typically avoid each other in the wild and have different prey preferences.

Today Asiatic lions are only found in Gir National park. Only about 411 of them are left. They usually prey up on Chital[Spotted deer] and nilgai[blue bull], Sambar[largest deer in Asia] as well as chinkara[Indian gazelle] and sometimes on black buck and absoulutely on wild boars.

No.A tiger will be dead but lion will not eat it. For the lion it's a fight and for the tiger it's a hunt.If a tiger will ever kill a lion it will eat it, if it will ever happen. Lion is a fighter.Tiger eats almost everything it killed.
