It is likely that instead of hiding one kitty from the others, she just got started moving the whole litter to a place she thought was better, but got distracted or interrupted before she finished the job with the other two. Mama cats will move them one at a time, but if there is any threat, such as a dog or fox or other predator (or maybe even humans) in the area, she will wait until the threat is gone before continuing with others. It is likely she will finish the job as soon as the area feels safer, and will have them all moved to a place that is more sheltered or closer to food and water. If you notice that there is a threatening animal, hawk, snake, or people too near to either the place from where she is moving them or the place to which she is moving them, try to shoo them away or get an experienced person to clear the area so she can get back to the job and finish moving into the new home.
If the kittens die, or are taken away by humans, it can be very saddening to the mama cat, and will take a long time to get over it. If she only loses one kitten, she will take care of her other kittens. But if its all of her kittens, then she will probably grieve herself to death. She can, actually. If she has another litter of kittens, she might abandon them. Who knows; she might even take care of them. Cats are usually predictable, but sometimes, this can be VERY UNpredictable. So, you never really know. You just have to try it and see. But I would be careful. If you were to take kittens from a mama cat, forever, then you might want to take them at six weeks or older. If you can't do six weeks or older, than do at least four weeks. If they are younger than that, you must leave them with their mama, or feed them warm milk in a bottle. I can give you more information about taking care of cats if you need it. I'll tell you on the Discussion Page.
'with two kittens' describe the cat. So, you should write 'is sleeping'. But if you mean that all three of them are sleeping, write 'A cat and his two kittens are sleeping'.
Tabby cat offspring are typically called kittens.
It is not at all uncommon for a cat to hide her kittens. Frequently, she will go so far as to move them from place to place to ensure that they are not "discovered" by predators. It is important when expecting kittens to prepare a safe, calm place and acclimate the mother to her surroundings; this helps her feel safe giving birth in that environment. Resist the urge to disturb the nest, as this could lead to her moving the kittens, which puts them at greater risk for chilling and hypothermia.
No.but they can have kittens but, the real name lion kittens are cubs.Cubs are kittens of lions, leopards, and others.but the cat's baby is really called kitten(s)
Just a few days.
I had the same experience. After several times of telling the offending mama cat "That's not your kitty.. " I gave up. I think it may be a survival instinct. I noticed that the offending mama cat wanted the larger kittens.
Kittens can be born practically anywhere, wherever the mama cat is at the time of the birth. I'd imagine warm, safe environments would be ideal for a cat giving birth.
If I understand your question correctly, the answer would be: "My cat queened a large litter of kittens."

She is more than sad. Unless it was an emergency, you should not have taken away her kittens.
Yes, it would be a good idea, otherwise the mother may feel threatened and abandon her kittens or the other cats may attack the defenseless kittens and/or the mother.
It really doesn't matter the big thing is that they stay together at all times, although be sure to keep items in thge kennel for kittens to investigate.

kittens is little cat(s)
Yes. When a cat is about to have kittens, there is a certain smell, and other cats can smell this.
possibly the mother realizes the kitten is sickly or weaker than the other kittens and she has separated them. perhaps she does have enough milk to feed all and made her decision to lessen the liter. nature takes over-there is a reason.
