Stupid Robin!! He's attacking his own reflection in your window. Trying to drive off, what he believes is, an interloper into his territory. Anything to break up the reflection will cure his confusion. Strips of ribbon hung on the outside of the window work well. Duct Tape works, but it's messy to remove. Strands of yarn hung outside. Good luck!!
Flies buzz because their wings move extremely fast. They create a buzzing sound as they fly because of their wings.
Yes, Tweety Bird, the cartoon character from Looney Tunes, has wings. Tweety is a small, yellow canary and is often shown using its wings to fly or flutter around in its animated appearances.
Since an average hummingbird beats its wings about 50 times per second, it could conceivably beat its wings 3,000 times over the course of one minute. The fastest hummingbirds, which can flutter at 80-90 beats per second, could conceivably beat their wings over 5,000 times in the course of a minute.
Honey bees have 2 pairs wings. The front wings are larger than the hind wings and the two are synchronized in flight with a row of wing hooks (humuli, singular: humulus) on the hind wing that hitch into a fold on the rear edge of the front wing. When the bee is at rest, the wings separate and fold flat against the thorax.
The bald eagle A robin weighs about 4 oz.; a bald eagle about 3 lbs. I don't think anyone thinks a robin and a bald eagle look alike, presumably the questioner is referring to some white markings and not to pure white areas. As robins are members of the thrush family, the questioner is probably looking for a type of thrush, although non-birders may think mockingbirds resemble robins. In this vein, some may think finches resemble robins, too; though they are much smaller, they do have great variation in markings. Or perhaps the red-breasted nuthatch is the sought-after avian; in coloration, it bears the closest resemblance to the robin.
I can flutter like a bird. Can you make your arms flutter like birds' wings?

you put our eyelashes on them and flutter them up and down like a butterfly flutters its wings
In Chinese, "bochi" (ζ¨ηΏ ) can mean to flap wings or to flutter. It is usually used to describe the movement of wings of birds or insects.

A red robin's wings beat about 2.3 times per second. This is equal to about 138 beats per minute.
