Because we don't have the enzyme in our mouth that processes the protein in cow's milk. Therefore the body can not properly digest it, creating health problems such as Asthma and Allergies. On the contrary, the body responds very well to goat's milk because it is the most similar to the human milk.

People can be allergic to cow's milk due to specific proteins in cow's milk, such as alpha-lactalbumin and beta-lactoglobulin, that can trigger an immune response. Goat's milk has different protein structures compared to cow's milk, so individuals who are allergic to cow's milk may not necessarily be allergic to goat's milk. However, some people who are allergic to cow's milk may still react to goat's milk due to similarities in protein structures.
