There are many reasons behind this. One reason is that people destroy their habitat for our needs. We cut down trees for our paper and furniture. We sometime destroy their habitat by accident. We have had many oil spillages that have killed large amounts of fish. Also, another reason is that people hunt animals. We hunt them for furs, food, and even medicine. These are some of the reasons why animals are becoming extinct.
Endangered animals are endangered due to many reasons. Some of them are more endangered than others. Here's a list of some reasons why some animals are endangered:
Sadly, most animals become endangered mostly because of man. Either man is building Skyscrapers or tearing down their natural habitat, or man is killing them off. In Africa, the government had to set up a program to protect elephants from poachers, who would kill them just to get their ivory tusks. The American Buffalo is also protected because people were killing too many of them. In Canada, moose are hunted, but only a few hundred permits are issued each year, depending on the population of moose in any given year, and depending on each province, as each province has its own laws and regulations on what animals to protect.
Basically because of human intervention;
-Pollution
-Over-exploitation
-Destruction of Habitat
-Invasive Species
-Global Warming
Note, though that not all animals are becoming endangered. There are many animal species that are thriving and growing in population despite other scientific records that may indicate otherwise.
Mostly, animals get endangered by harmful intrusion of man. Habitats become damaged, polluted, or destroyed, many times because of people looking for profit. Of course, hunting and poaching play a large factor as well, this is also for profit. While it could be broken down into several different categories, this is the basic cause.
Because of many reasons.
1. Because other animals (or humans) are competing for it's food.
2. Because humans are hunting for it's body parts.
If this keeps continuing and people don't do anything to protect the species, animals (and plants) will eventually become extinct.
3. its habitat is being destroyed.
Endangered animals become extinct because they are in danger of dying out and sometimes they do. They can lose their habitat and people have hunted animals to extinction because they are greedy and want them as a trophy.
Nowadays trees are becoming extinct due to many reasons. Factors like deforestation for making furniture and other items trees are being cut in large amounts. Paper is being used in abundance and also being wasted in abundance and this wastage leads to cutting many trees. Also to establish new roads ,buildings etc people are cutting trees to make space for more empty land.
Trees are not becoming extinct. There is certainly much wastage, particularly in natural forests where man is wreaking havok, but no tees are not yet becoming extinct.
Animals have always been going extinct, that's the way of nature. 99% of all animals that have ever lived are now extinct. But man's activities have accelerated extinction in many cases, by overhunting, habitat destruction, pollution, and introduction of non native species into areas where they didn't belong, where native animals had no defense for them.
Probably many reasons but predominantly to use the land for agriculture.
The Third World is only doing what we did hundreds of years ago in Europe.
Don't worry about oxygen production rain forests consume what they produce in plant and animal decay.
Endangered animals are at risk of becoming extinct in the near future. Threatened animals are likely to become endangered if their population continues to decline. Extinct animals no longer exist in the wild or in captivity.
Endangered Species are ones that have a very small population and that population is at a greater risk of becoming extinct. Many species that become extinct never make to the endangered species list. Extinct Species are ones that are either known (documented) to be extinct or are so few in population that a recovery is considered highly unlikely even under excellent conditions.
What this means is that the animal is at risk of becoming endangered or extinct.
gaint panda
Endangered or threatened. These species are at risk of becoming extinct if steps are not taken to protect and preserve their populations.
yes many are becoming extinct
To prevent to man animals from becoming endangered or extinct.
Critically endangered animals are worse because they have more of a chance of becoming extinct. Vunerables have more around.

Endangered and extinct animals are similar because endangered animals sometimes become extinct.
What this means is that the animal is at risk of becoming endangered or extinct.
because humans are destroying their ecosystems and the animals are eating stuff that has been tainted by our chemicals.
So far, over 1,000 species of animals have gone extinct, and over 500 species of animals are endangered right now. It is hard to determine the percent of animals not endangered because animals are becoming endangered every minute.
No, but it is endangered of becoming extinct.
the extinct animals are in heaven and the endangered animals are all over the world in the wild and in zoos.
some animals are becoming extint because people hunt and kill animals for fur, tusks, skin etc.
