Old pond -Old Mog keep using bait fish, u will catch catfish, but if your patient, you will get old mog
Lake shiny-Fat Bob use a lure. This also takes LOTS of patience
Riverside-Gums cast 70-80 ft with a bait fish. This doesnt take LOTS of time like OM and FB, but it still requires a bit of time
Breakwater-Big Red cast as far as possible with a bait fish. don't expect him on the first cast, though sometimes he does come first.
Blue Deeps-Hank Marlin cast 210ft with a lure. once again, takes patience
Waves of Doom-Smiling Inigo cast as far as you can with squid. I've never caught this one, but I've hooked him, and he fights.
Also, u don't need the golden lure. That's just a lie. With the golden lure you have a better chance of hooking 'em, but you can catch 'em without it.
That's all I know how to catch.
Tip:
(1)Turn tutorial mode off in settings, then go to the map
(2)tap the lighthouse twice, and the light will turn on
(3)when the light goes around to the group of trees, you'll see a duck
(4)wait for the ducks to form, then tap the sixth duck
(5)hit the pause button, then exit game
(6)re enter to an extreme location (if you don't have one, beat the CPU in a tournament)
(7)you'll have a red and white rod, which gives you a ten percent higher chance of hooking a monster fish
