The best place to look for a bunny would be your closest rescue. There are often bunnies looking for good homes in rescues.
If that is not an option, there are always bunny breeders (who can be found by looking in the phone book) or many pet stores have animals. However, before buying a rabbit from a store, or a breeder it is good to check they are at least 8 weeks old and healthy before taking them home.
First, there are a few different rabbit breeds you could be refering to with "dwarf" because "dwarf" is not a breed. Second, if you are looking to get a rabbit you can try newspaper ads, internet ads, petstores, shelters, and individual breeders. This works all over the US and probably in many other countries as well.
You can't buy baby rabbits because they won't live; but rabbitry's sell rabbits for pets and shows. Our family does a rabbitry and lots of people buy rabbits for their 4-H kids.
the best place to sell baby rabbits is at the farm because at the farm people put the baby rabbits in a cage and show it off for people can buy them
The cost of a dwarf bunny can vary depending on factors such as breed, age, and where you purchase it from. On average, you can expect to pay anywhere from $25 to $150 for a dwarf bunny as a pet, while show-quality or rare breeds can cost more. It's important to budget for ongoing expenses such as food, bedding, and veterinary care.
You can't buy wild rabbits for sale, only pet rabbits. Wild rabbits, like all wild animals, should be left alone and not domesticated, or caught and sold. It's one thing to hunt wild rabbits, and then sell their body or products (meat, fur), but you shouldn't catch and sell wild rabbits as live animals: there are enough pet rabbits to go around (in fact, in many places, there are too many -- overpopulation).
Rabbits do not produce milk as a viable food source for humans. Their milk production is limited, and their diet and care requirements make commercial milk production impractical. Rabbit milk is primarily used to feed baby rabbits for a short period of time.
It depends where you buy them from. At pet shops they will cost around £24.00

Adopting is free and rabbits up for adoption are even more in need of your care than pet shop bunnies. So, why don't you adopt one?
You can't buy any white dwarf hamsters in Bristol, but you can buy them in Elkhart, Indiana at PetSmart, PetCo, and PawMart.
You can buy them at your local animal shelter like the SPCA or a pet store such as Pet Smart, and they are originally found in China, Russia and Mongolia.
If you are talking about hand raising baby rabbits, your best bet is kitten replacer milk (you can buy it at most any pet store) or goats milk (canned). Cows milk does not have enough fat in it especially if it is processed.
Pet stores get their rabbits from people who breed their pet rabbits.
