Touch:Squids are extremely sensitive to touch, but cannot discriminate between heavy and light objects.

  • Taste: Squids have taste receptors all over their bodies and are as much as 10-1000 times more sensitive to taste than humans.
  • Sight:squids have excellent vision, but may be colour-blind. Some have a 360 degree range of vision with eyes that are very similar in structure to human eyes.
  • Smell: squids register smell in small pits located beneath the eyes.

So humans and squids nearly have the same senses! Hope that helps

Squid have well-developed senses of sight, touch, and taste. They have large, sensitive eyes that can detect shapes and movement in dim light. They also have suckers on their tentacles that allow them to taste and touch objects to explore their surroundings.
