However to give you a guideline the tetra has a swim bladder, meaning it can adjust its density to match the density of water and stay suspended, so 1cm^3 of fish is equal to 1gram. Personally I don't own any x-ray tetras but my tetras are about 3cm long, 0.5cm wide, 0.5cm tall and I'll not include the talk half a centimetre as this is very thin. 2.5 * 0.5 * 0.5 = 0.625cm^3 and hence just over half a gram, but make your own Measurments =)
