Mustangs are still horses but they are wild they are kind of like the dogs at pounds and rescues you might never know what kind of breeds are mixed in with them you could guess but you will probaly never know the spesifics. Take my horse for an exemple! we got her at an auction, but she was from a rescue in the West we think she is Morgan/mustang cross meaning a Morgan horse and a mustang meaning possibly all kinds of different breeds.

Answer 1:

A mustang is a free horse.

A bronco is a rebellious horse.

Both words describe only horses in the USA, Canada or Mexico.

Answer 2:

A mustang is a free-roaming horse of the North American west descended from domesticated horses.

A bronco is an unbroken (untamed) or not fully broken horse in North America and Mexico.

Answer 3:

Typically in modern language the term bronco is only used to mean a bucking horse in a rodeo.

A mustang is a feral or free-roaming horse found in North America. In the past Mustangs were captured for use as broncos in the rodeos, though now this practice is almost nonexistent, as people have found you can breed good bucking horses without having to capture feral horses.

A Mustang is a wild horse, that has no similarity to a Paint horse since paint is a colour, and Mustang a breed.
