It's possible yes, but it's not safe. How would you be able to dry the nails so that bedding wouldn't get stuck on the wet paint or prevent your rabbit from licking the toxic paint off? You can't blow dry them since that would be extreme torture to your pet, even if someone was holding him.

No, in rabbits spare time some chew on the wood on the inside of their hutch. If you could find a rabbit friendly paint, that would be okay but until then I don't think you should risk it.
