If you have a big house, then go for a medium or large dog, if you live in a small app/house then get a small dog.

But. If you go to the pound, or wherever. You need to find a dog that is suitable for you.

Ask them if you can take the dog for a walk, the one that has caught your eye.

Don't let the dog pull you around, keep it to your side.

You want a dog that has already been trained. Unless you're getting a puppy, you'll have to train it yourself.

But the best dog would be one that has already been trained.

So it knows everything already, and so you wont get frustrated.
