No, there is no known animal that has exactly 45 teeth. The number of teeth can vary among different animal species, but 45 teeth specifically is not a common dental formula in the animal kingdom.
Tigers have only 30 teeth less than other carnivores which have 42 teeth. Tigers have baby teeth (deciduous) which comes in with a week or two after birth, which are then replaced with permanent ones. Tigers have the largest canines of the big cat species ranging in size from 6.4 to 7.6 cm (2.5 to 3 in). Not voodoo to my knowledge- it certainly does not have ( Congregations on Rites) overseeing worship practices. But a variety of Tribal religions and customs involve animal teeth as talismans of courageous actions, as in hunting. they are associated with American Indians, mostly. Elk Teeth, Buck Teeth ( animal not human) and so on. There are conservationist arguments against this sort of thing- Tusk Tusk- a Tusk is essentially an elongated tooth. Do not confuse with the Whaling art of Scrimshaw, engraving and etching on Whale"s teeth.
They're still called teeth, for every animal
