It can mean many things, such as
-they ate wrong food for them
-Ate foreign object that upset stomach
-Raw hide toys that scratch the stomach
-Have a sickness that needs checked out by vet
think about what your puppy has eaten and if any of the habits have changed for instance, did u change their puppy food, is it puppy food or adult food, does it contain something in it that previous dog food didn't, The toys you give if a new one has been given is there anything missing that could harm them. And is the living area puppy friendly and he hasn't ate any hair ties or coins that can mess up his little tummy. If the diarrhea doesn't go away within 2 to 3 days take them to the vet. Check out their behavior as well. Are they sad and laying around, lazy, or aggressive.
Of course I am not diagnosing and you should talk to your vet. That said, if you see a very few drops of RED blood, it is usually not something to be alarmed about. The red is an indication that the blood is happening from close to the anal area as opposed to inside the digestive/waste systems. The likelihood is that the constant diarrhea has irritated the tissues of the anus, enough to make them sore and bleed a little.
If there is a flow of blood, or more than what you describe, it would be more problematic. And YES you can pick up all sorts of things at the dog park. Doesn't mean you should not go and enjoy, and do exercise some caution with regard to its roaming, grazing at the park. Talk with the owners, see how their dogs are doing. I do keep my boy away from someone who tells me their dog has been sick. Watch that your dog doesn't share toys, eat poop are get into a big sniff with a dog you don't know. Last year many of the dogs shared some viral warts. 2 years ago it was a form of kennel cough that required a booster even if your dog had had its shots.
Just use some common sense and you will be fine.
I generally cook for my boy when he has the occasional bout of diarrhoea. Buy some chicken thighs...maybe 4 in a pack. Simmer them in some water (or you can microwave them). Use the water to make some rice. Don't add veggies right now...this is sick diet. My boy is 50 pounds and gets 1 cup of food 2x a day. So I make 1/2 c chicken, 1/2 c rice for breakfast , same for dinner. It takes about 2, maybe 3 days for him to stop 100%.
Your dog is sick. At the animal shelter, that would typically call for testing for giardia or parvo. Parvo can kill a dog within hours of showing symptons, so it is urgent to receive immediate attention.
paper lace is a dog pooping on a cat and also 69
Yes. It's ringworms.
Your dog feels it is their bathroom/bed. Try making two rooms in one cage.
High red blood cells
This behavior is believed to be a natural instinct for dogs to mark their territory. By kicking their legs back after pooping, dogs are spreading their scent from the glands on their paws onto the ground, leaving a message to other dogs that they have been there.
The blood indicates cuts in the digestive tract. Your dog needs surgery immediately.
possibly probaly a good idea to go to vets!
what!
The master is pooping
Nothing good. I STRONGLY suggest getting it checked out at your vet.
If you mean where they get the blood from the dog, its in the foot, they find a vein and then take blood
...Take her to an emergency vet.
Your dog has her period.
Yes you should
Your dog may be pooping more and sleeping more than usual because it is getting sick. Your dog may also just be getting old.
my vet for my puppy said that I should give it some white rice with its food
Pick it up
