yea, at first when i had my hamster i was soo scared to hold her but then my friend tried it for me. It was soo cool. When a hamster goes into a new home you have to get her used to the enviroment. So you should definetely hold him =]
hamsters are playful (sometimes) so love them and dont be afriad of them.
i got mine at petsmart but if you want a hamster to hold i would recomend you should get a bigger one
If your hamster is rusting, you've got very serious problems.
Your hamster probably scraped herself on something sharp in her cage. I wouldn't worry too much about it for it should heal in a few days or so. But if the scab doesn't start to heal, then take you hamster to a vet and the vet will give you treatment for it.
No, a female hamster requires mating with a male hamster in order to become pregnant. They cannot have babies without a male partner.
You may not want a hamster if you have limited time to care for it, are allergic to animal dander, or live in a place where pets are not allowed. Additionally, if you prefer a pet that requires more social interaction or stimulation, a hamster may not be the best choice.
You need to take care of the responsibility that you got, (hamster).
If a hamster was dropped on 2 foot of grass, the hamster should not suffer from any damage. If the hamster got away then food can be put down and the hamster should come back.

If you just got a new hamster it is hard to get it to run on its wheel. What I did was pick it up, put it on its wheel and gently turn it slowly so that they know what it is there for. Your hamster will only run on the wheel once it is comfortable with its environment. You can also buy a hamster ball and let it run around a room in it.
NO!!! A hamster should either be raised alone, or with another hamster of his own breed and age. YES ! ! ! iv done it i got a Chinese dwarf female and when she turned 2 i got a syrian male friend for her to play with there both living very happily together Yes they can .
well I got this from a hamster list and it said it should eat low fat cottage cheese and mild cheeses in moderation
If you look around pet stores, they should have some Goldfish. There are Fantails and Shubunkin Goldfish. I got Shubunkin. But be careful if you put it in with Danios because I got mine yesterday and if the Danios are hungry thet might pick on the Shubunkin.
NO! Hamsters are nocturnal silly. That means they sleep alot in the day and wake up at night. Some hamsters just sleep alot. Its completely normal.
You should take him to a vet or do lots of research in books and online
