Not much. 2 or 3 days that's all.

I really think there is no absolutely correct answer to your question. I have had a female cat that disappeared for about a week, and when she finally returned, was all beaten up and frazzled out! Some cats go far away, others stay near home. On rare occasions, the female will stay away from home until she has delivered a litter of kittens, then show up with her new family as if nothing has happened! All cats have their individual personalities to determine their actions at this special time of their lives.

This question requires some serious advice before I answer it. First, if the cat has a home, why is she outside? Second, why is she not spayed? Pet cats should be spayed or neutered and kept as indoor-only pets!
A cat in heat may be away from home for one day to two weeks. If she meets with any outdoor dangers, like wild animals, traffic, cruel people, animal traps, or other hazards, she may not ever return. If she does return, assume that she is pregnant and mark the date on your calendar. Count 63 days from the day she disappeared and mark that day. Gestation for cats is 63 to 67 days. About 2 weeks before her estimated delivery time, prepare a cozy bed for her that is large enough for her to sprawl out and deliver her kittens. Give her layers of old towels or cut-up clothing (without buttons, elastic or zippers). Plan to replace these with fresh baby blankets after the births. The mother cat and her babies will need their own private area with their bed, a litter box for mom-cat, a bowl of fresh water and a bowl of dry kitten food (Wellness is recommended.)
Do not worry if you have not cared for a mother cat with babies before. Usually, the delivery goes smoothly. If, however, you have any questions, do not hesitate to call your veterinarian for advice.
Keep the kittens with mom until they are at least 10 weeks of age before locating homes for them, and remember to screen people who want to adopt them. Always write down names and contact information.

I don't see the point in answering a question with a question. This person is obviously very concerned about their pet. You don't know the circumstances. My 8 month old female cat went missing on Monday, two days before she was due to be spayed and microchipped. I have been beside myself with worry for 5 days. Thank God she returned this morning. It is not for you to ask WHY the cat was allowed outside or WHY the cat was not spayed. You try keeping a cat inside until it is old enough to be spayed. Nigh on impossible, and cruel in my opinion. It is up to the discretion of the owner to decide upon whether to let their cat go outside. I think my cat was able to fend for herself for 5 days and was able to return home safely because she was allowed outside in the first instance and was accustomed to it as cats ought to be.
Female raccoons are only in heat for 3-4 days in the spring.
They are the same length as when they are cool.
Six months on average.
I called the vet and the answer is 3 weeks.
Beagles typically stay in heat for about 2-3 weeks, but this can vary. The first stage is proestrus where there may be bleeding or discharge, followed by estrus where they are fertile and receptive to mating. Finally, there is diestrus and anestrus, marking the end of the heat cycle.
that usually happens when you turn the heat on after it has not been in use for a long time If you have forced air heat, the blower motor could be failing. You might need to have service man come and check it.
Well depends how long shes been missing if it wasnt very long the she will be very long but if its been like three years then she will be upset but will understand.
You might get heat stroke, which occurs if you stay out in the sun too long.

No time at all. Contrary to popular belief, there is no time limit on declaring somebody missing. The police can start a search immediately if they want to. If there is evidence of foul play or something to suggest the person is in immediate danger, then they will almost certainly start searching. The reason people sometimes think there is a time limit is because if there are no other suspicious factors, the police might not take a missing person's report too seriously unless they have been gone for an unusually long period of time. So for instance, if someone usually gets home at 3pm and you call up at 3:30, the police aren't going to do much with that. On the other hand, if you come home to and find the place trashed, there's blood on the floor and your spouse is missing and you can't get them on the phone, that will get a response.
24 hours after being reported missing.
He was missing his leg like Bones had told Jim.
18 is the age of majority. Voluntary removal of the teenager seems to be centered on the safety of the minor as long as the child is not missing.

The blocks heat up and, when the electricity is automatically turned off, the heat is slowly released into the home from the blocks over a long time.
