When ducks are adults, you can look for the easy to tell "sex" feather on a male. This is a feather at the top of the base of the tail that has a curl in it. It curls down towards the birds back. If the bird is a male it will have this sex feather.

You can tell the gender of a Campbell duck by looking at its feather colors and patterns. Males typically have brighter and more vibrant colors with darker heads, while females have more muted colors and lighter overall plumage. Additionally, males may have curled tail feathers and exhibit more aggressive behavior during breeding season.
