Beg and plead until they are tired of it and buy you one. It worked for me!

That doesn't work for me. none of my parents are allergic, but my mom thinks that cats are slinky and sneaky. I for one love cats, but she absolutely hates them. And I've been begging and pleading for 8 years. I got a dog once, and i only had him for about 2 months when my mom had enough and sold him. if you can find someone more cold hearted than her, let me know.
If you try and try as hard as you can and they still won't let you, but you know they are nice at heart and wouldn't turn down one if it came up and meowed in their face for help, then you get a friend to help you. The two (or more) of you go to your local animal shelter (find an excuse, don't tell them where you are going, say you are going shopping or something). You pick out the kitten you want and take it. Make sure everything's good with it and make sure you have enough money to pay for it. Then, you and your friend go back to your house with the kitten and say you found it in the woods. If you are allergic or your parents are allergic, then you need to do the same thing with a Siberian. There are breeding places that ship, or if you are lucky enough to live near one, then that's even better.
However, if your parents are cold-hearted like the answer above me, and you know they WOULDN'T take in a kitten even if it came and meowed in their face for help, then your friend must get a cat and you can visit it frequently, or you can volunteer at the animal shelter. Other than that, I would wait until I were an adult, then take in as many as I want. Hope this helps and good luck!
EASY!!!!! Talk in a high pitched voice, slowly and say it very kindly like it is not a big deal. Also rub their arm. It worked for me when I was young.
You can present the benefits of owning a cat, such as companionship, stress relief, and teaching responsibility. Offer to take on the primary care responsibilities and prove your readiness by showing you have knowledge about cat care. Address any concerns your parents might have, like Allergies or the cost of care, and offer solutions to mitigate those concerns.
I have a cat and i know from experience what a great member of the family they can become.Get a rescue cat as they need a loving new home. Tell your parents they should find room in there hearts for a poor rescue kitty who is unloved and probably in a cage right now meowing for the love that never comes...................did that to my parent and we went and got the supplies the same day!!!
he was called Mr. Jinx but they called him jinxy and jinxie cat
Show your mom that cats aren't harmful at all, they're cute and friendly, and tell your dad that you can get a really healthy cat and if you take care of them, you won't need to pay for vet visits. Well, maybe the spaying/neutering, but sometimes if you show someone a cat, they'll like him/her enough to pay for that one visit to get him/her fixed.
Can I see blaze the cat father
It is natural for the parents to be protective and try to defend their young. They may continue to hover around the area where the incident occurred, but they may eventually move on. It's important to monitor your cat's behavior and keep them indoors if necessary to prevent any further incidents.

There are many people in the world who will try to persuade you. Your parents and teachers will try this for example.
Tell them how responsibly you will use it
I wish I knew. :'(
no
If you want to persuade your parents to allow you to make a website, start by talking to them honestly. Tell them why it is important to you, and show them you can be responsible about the website as well.
just tell them its your pet and you'll name it whatever you want. and to leave you alone.
There is a reason why they don't feel you should have a cat. Find out why. Start to act responsible around the house. Show that you can/could take care of cat. Don't argue with them about this or throw a temper tantrum. That will show you aren't old enough to take care of a cat. Use a "I message" I feel that I could take care of a cat because.........
Give them lots of chocolate
You buy your own food...........
If you want a 3D HD TV Set you could persuade them by saying that you can get a job and save enough money to buy it. Then give the money to your parents and they will be mighty pleased to get you a 3D. That's the way I persuaded my parents to get me a bicycle.
Do chores and help out around the house
you have to butter them up
