I gave them time and proved them wrong. Also one of the things they had a problem with was me not having enough room so simply did the measurement and told them there was. Prove to them how responsible you are/can be. Research hamsters and get a lot of pros and cons about them. Let your parents know that you can handle all the "cons" that hamsters have. Whatever you do don't fight with them and don't beg, both of these will lower your chances!! You can also write them letters because that will sometimes help them understand that you really are ready to get a new little hamster. Good luck!
You can try to educate your parents on the benefits of owning a hamster as a pet, such as their low maintenance requirements and ability to provide companionship. You could offer to take on the responsibility of caring for the hamster, including cleaning its cage and providing food and water daily. It may also help to show your parents that you have done thorough research on hamster care and are prepared to provide a safe and loving environment for the pet.
Convince them that it is for a learning experience!
You can try educating your parents about snakes, their care requirements, and the benefits of owning one as a pet. Address their concerns about safety and responsibility by showing that you are mature enough to handle the responsibility. Offer to take on additional chores or responsibilities to demonstrate your commitment.
There are five common species of hamsters kept as pets: Syrian hamster, Dwarf Campbell Russian hamster, Dwarf Winter White Russian hamster, Chinese hamster, and Roborovski hamster. Each species has its own unique characteristics and care requirements.
A hamster pulse is the pulse of a hamster.
You can start by showing your parents that you have matured and are more responsible now. Make a plan detailing how you will care for the hamster and address any concerns they may have from your previous experience with the bunny. Offer to take on additional responsibilities around the house to demonstrate your readiness for pet ownership.
You can convince your parents to let you have a hamster by telling them that the cost of maintaining one is much lower than that of maintaining other pets, and you have done plenty of research about them.
I've tried it many a time and I have no awnser
Stop being annoying! Do some extra things around the house and help out, than ask in the next couple of weeks.
Tell them that there are turns to take it home and it just happens to be your turn in the summer
Study hamsters and guinea pigs. and everything you need to know about them. Write down neat notes and hang them around your room. Decide which cages are good and which are bad. Tell your parents occasionally you'd love a hamster - but don't nag them. Set up a fake hamster cage with a plastic box that is the right size. Wash it as much as you need to wash a hamster cage. Pretend to change its food bowl and water as often as you need it. Then, your parents may consider it.
i asked my mom she said no so then i cleaned the whole house when she was not at home so when she got back from the England market she said what do you want i said a hamster and i said i would do it 1 time a week love elizabeth marten
Tell them you will look after it properly, feed it and keep it clean - I think this is the biggest concern for parents when kids want pets, that they will get bored and stop looking after it properly.
You cant convince your parent's because they have a good IQ your parents not be tricked by anyone.
tell her about the benefits of getting it
Research about the type of hamster you want! Make a brochure, presentation, Minny book, or just talk to them about it. Tell them why you want a hamster show them you have responsibility by cleaning up your room taking care of other pets (others or yours)! Tell them that the hamster will help you learn about responsibility1 Best of luck to you i did all of this stuff and it worked I got a hamster and now i am trying it again to get a second one!
