tigers protect their self from predators because they need to catch their prey and when they have babies they need to protect their babies befor e they die and get eaten by the predators but, the tigers have to save their babies and they want to be in their way and the babies have to be save before they get eaten.

Tigers have no natural predators so they spend most of their 'Avoiding Predation Time.' lying around. In an Indian tiger hunt they mostly run away.
