A black guinea pig would have a black coat color, while a white guinea pig would have a white coat color. Color variation in guinea pigs is due to different alleles of the gene controlling coat color, resulting in different phenotypes.
The white milky liquid is likely the amniotic fluid mixed with mucus that is released during labor. It helps lubricate the birth canal and aids in the delivery of the babies. This is a normal part of the birthing process for Guinea pigs.

No, guinea pigs do not see in black and white. They have color vision that is limited compared to humans. Guinea pigs are thought to see colors such as green, blue, and yellow, but they may not see red as well.
it may cause blinding in the eyes
Small strokes, drug abuse or even multiple sclerosis can all cause white matter lesions.

your guinea pig may be a hybrid (not a purebred), this means it would be part white crested part other guinea pig breed. this would explain why the guinea pigs fur has white.

Please take your guinea pig to the vet because it could have a cold in the eye or a trauma to the eye. Don't try to fix the problem yourself! Good luck Marcy Try putting a warm tea bag on her eye... my guinea pig had this problem and it cleared up in a week. White is normal, that is just how the eye cleans itself. If it worsens or turns a different color go to the vet to get antibotics.
