Actually they do, but not as often as herbivores or omnivores do. Tigers, like all monogastric animals (and like all cats, even house cats), have to eat a little grass to aid in digestion and to get adequate fibre in their diet to help them defecate easier. Often the herbivorous-stomach contents of the deer they eat is enough to give them the fibre they need, but sometimes they want to chew on a few blades of grass here and there.

So moral of the story.. Yes tigers do eat grass sometimes due to indigestion.
