Yes, they do, because in albinism the animal or human lack the ability to produce melanin. You should do more research on this, because it is impossible to explain in a small answer right here, but in short, melanin is important for helping you and animals see well. Lack of melanin causes many errors in eye development.
But albino animals have other problems other than eyesight. They can easily be spotted by predators and they also risk getting sunburn. They may even be shunned during mating season.
Although, of course, albinos always preferred as pets.... :)

Poor eyesight, small size, dependent on man
The mole has poor eyesight but a keen sense of smell. They rely on their sense of smell to find food and navigate their underground tunnels.
The African wild dog, also known as the painted wolf, has a very keen sense of smell but relatively poor eyesight. They rely more on their sense of smell to track and hunt prey in the savanna.
Moose feed during the day and bed down in the evenings. The moose has relatively poor eyesight but sense of smell and hearing compensate for that. During the summer when insects are at their worst, the moose will wander the heavy bush and overgrowth and use lakes to avoid the biting bugs.
