well mine did but he could never really eat the center core part because it was too hard. if you don't mind cleaning up dried wrinkly carrot cores from their cage, its perfectly fine. unless your guinea pig is allegic to carrots, but i really doubt that. Citrus fruits are better for them, and they love Oranges. also they wont get scurvy.
Guinea pigs don't have to be a certain age but they should at least be a few months old. guinea pigs are strict vegetarians so they would like to eat vegetables like carrot's. My guinea loves carrots she can finish a whole in in 5 minutes!
Flowers and leaves are poisonous to guinea pigs but they can eat grass and dirt. Hope this helps!
I would think not guinea pigs can't eat leaves and I don't think that lavender would be an exception
I think guinea pigs can certainty eat mango leaves if you peel it and don't give them to much because you don't know if its great for them.
Yes.

yes guinea pigs love dandyelion leaves but try to avoid ones on roadsides because they are likely to be sprayed with weed killer.

guinea pigs can eat veggies cut up salad leaves just be carefull with fruit so not to give them a squitty tummy
They can eat small quantities of celery, not sure about the leaves.
guinea pigs like the yellow part of dandy lion leaves better than the leaves but before feeding them to guinea pigs make sure they haven't been sprayed with any weed killer
