There are not many, the only ones are:

Jabiru, jacana, jacasse, jacquot, jaguar, jaguarondi, jars, jaseur, jersiaise, jocasse, judelle, jument, junco (right outside my window).

"Jacasse" is a vulgar name for the magpie, "jacquot" another one for parrots, not sure if they count.
