It isn't a real book! Someone released a fan-made trailer for it one youtube. Stephanie Meyer says that she might write another Twilight Saga book, but probably not very soon.

Stephenie Meyer has stated that Breaking Dawn is the end of Bella's point of view in the Twilight world, and that Renesmee would be a possible narrator if she were to continue the series. But for now, she has said that she would like to work on other stories, particularly a "ghost" story that she keeps mentioning.So, in short, if Stephenie Meyer writes another Twilightbook, it may be from Rensemee's point of view, or a few other Twilight characters. So we may find out about Renesmee's future.I dont really think we will find out. The only other book she was planning on releasing in this Saga was "Midnight Sun", which is Twilight from Edwards point of view. I doubt she will write anything, although I am sure she would post about it on www.stepheniemeyer.com if she was planning on doing. But its what all good authors do. Leave you at a point where you will always want more. Keep your eyes peeled, and never loose hope though, as you never know what's round the corner.

Ok are you asking if Jacob and Bella get 2gether? No they don't Edawrd and Bella get married(if your up to somewhere in New Moon Edward comes back) In Breaking Dawn. And on there honeymoon Bella becomes pregnant. But is going way to fast so they come home. And in a month she gives birth to baby a girl called Renesemee (Reh-Nezz-may) . But since it wasn't time (Rensemee was full grown) and she only went into labor because she bent down to pick a cup and she almost dies. So Edward does a c-section hands the baby the rose 9rosalie) and turns Bella into a vampire. And Jacob imprints on (love at first sight)Reneesmee.. Also the Volturi come thinking Renesmee is a immortal child (a toddler made into a vampire which are highly illegal) So the Cullens spread out asking for help. Bella ends up learning that she has a gift 2 her gift is being able to sheilg minds.(thus why Edward can't read her mind) and uses it to help them all in at a confrontation.
