Sadly, there isn't a strong message besides underlying themes of pedophillia, abuse, and anti-feminism. Other than that, one could say the message is that you can protect a person all in the name of love, no matter who they are, however qualities in this story show Bella and Edward's relationship is more of a lustful relationship rather than love.
Stephenie Meyer's message in the book "Twilight" revolves around themes of love, power, morality, sacrifice, and self-discovery. The book explores the complexities of human emotions, relationships, and the consequences of choices made out of love. Meyer also delves into the idea of finding one's true identity and purpose in life amidst challenges and conflicts.
i guess you can say tricky love. i know kinda corny but its true. twilight is like Romeo and Juliet only Bella and edward have a happy ending. :)
