As a half-vampire, half-human hybrid, Renesmee's diet in Twilight consists of a mix of human foods and blood. She is able to consume human food like normal, but also has a thirst for blood like a vampire, although her bloodlust is not as strong as a full vampire's.
She drinks animal blood out of a cup. (she doesn't drink human blood because since the Cullen are "vegetarians" they want her to drink animal blood so she wont crave so much human blood.)
