Yes, she can. Even though it seems weird, because all the other Cullens don't, maybe for some Vampires, it's different. Or maybe it's because of how special Bella is, or her human life was? I'm not sure. Maybe it says it in the book, which I haven't read yet. I currently am on Eclipse. But I've seen all the movies TONS of times. Anyway, stop with the personal.
