I dont know. She is really upset about how her sister is getting all the attention and is being a real pussy cat! Inside she is a good person, she just needs to be more relaxed and work out her problems.
In books later on, Ivypaw is visited by hawkfrost, but she doesn't know he is evil. Hawkfrost tricks her into doing something horrible-- something you will have to find out-- but anyways he tricks her, and this causes a very horrible death.
Nobody knows at the moment. This is why people believe she is:
1) She is jealous of her sister because she gets "special treatment" and gets all the attention.
2) Hawkfrost has come into her dreams, teaching her to do things that can destroy the whole forest. She thinks he's a StarClan cat, helping her through great training, but she's deathly false.
3) The three find out that Ivypaw is going to the dark forest. They ask her to go there to spy. She agrees, but only to spy.

in the books, ivypaw does not suggest even in the slightest bit that she likes any cat. she may find a cat who loves her. but i dont think at the moment that she will take a mate.
EDIT: I am not so sure but I think Ivypaw's mate might be Bumblestripe?
In the Warriors series, IvyPaw does not become a traitor. While she does struggle with feelings of jealousy and insecurity, she ultimately remains loyal to her Clan, ThunderClan.
