Did the Versailles treaty help to rebuild Germany after World War 1?

sorry for the short answer but absolutely not it was a symbol of other countries control over Germany financially and physically no Germany would have been a lot better without it if they had won the war that is. so if they hadn't signed that treaty it would put them in complete mess they would have been taken over by powerful countries irony huh.

What were the major effcts of the Treaty of Versailles?

Germany had to pay reperations. The German army was allowed a max of 10,000 soldiers in the force. The Rhineland was taken and Germany had to accept the guilt clause (accepted world war 1 was there fault ) and as a result of signing the treaty the German public felt betrayed by the new Weimar republic and this caused deep hatred in many people aswell as Hitler. Also American president at the time Woodrow Wilson felt that these terms were to harsh on the Germans and stated biz objections to the treaty. as a result of this America adopted the isolationist policy.

Did the Treaty of Paris bring peace to Paris?

The 1783 Treaty of Paris was part of a peace making process that ended a war in which the French were fighting, but it did not specifically effect the French itself. The 1783 Treaty of Paris ended the American Revolution. France was one of the nations that had taken part in this war on the side of the Americans. The Treaty of Paris, however, was between the Americans and the Kingdom of Great Britain, and the a separate treaty was used for the conflict between France and the British.

Who did Germany make a treaty with in 1917 that stopped that country's fighting?

They technically made peace with Russia, but that was more like Russia being taken over by a communist uprising and dropping out of the war than Germany signing a treaty.
