∙ 13y agoNo. The highest-value note ever made was the $100,000 bill. It had a picture of Woodrow Wilson on it.
For as long as I can remember, the Canadian five dollar bill has always been blue. Try to find a currency collector. It might be a fake, or it might be a freak. If it's real, it has probably been doctored.

Germany did not use crowns as its currency in 1902 so it's possible your bill is from a region such as Bohemia. Without more details it's impossible to say.
A 1928 $2 bill, series D is only worth about $38 today. This varies depending on who you are selling to and what condition it is in.

In circulated condition, it has little or no added value. A nice crisp uncirculated one is worth about $50.00
