Though all animals have the ability to get cold, some have more insulation than others when it comes to their fur covering. The Sheep has a layer of wool that also contains a large amount of oil in it. Wool is an insulation from the cold and the oil contained within it helps shed the fur from water that can freeze on the animals skin.

∙ 14y agoYaks do not hybernate or migrate what they in winter is to eat the plant and grass in lower altitudes than altitudes they go up in the summer days. The yak is a cold climate animal and travels in snow.

∙ 12y agothey grow thicker coats to withstand hursh weather, their hoves get bigger also so they can walk on ruffer ground. they will forage for food by sometimes using their hoves to kick up ground to see if there are plants underneath.
