I would say they run true to size. I'm anywhere from a 9-11 in womens shoes, but most often a size 10. I have bought Qs every year in a size 10, since they started making them available. But a lot of people buy Snowboarding boots a half size small cuz they tend to pack out. I haven't noticed my Qs pack out though.
