You've got to remember that Sinister has not long come out in Cinema and is still not out on DVD yet so the chances of finding a good video of the Lawn mower part is pretty slim right now, I'd check YouTube or Google in like a week or two though if I was you, oh and I have to admit that part scared the hell out of me!
