That is not a question. It is a statement with a question mark at the end. A question usually has who, what, when, where, why or how in it somewhere.

None of my references list an ACME as a maker of double rifles. Davenport DID use the ACME name on side by side shotguns, but no double rifles are listed in their products. Sorry, but I think you will need a hands on appraisal on this one.
== == Acme Arms Company was a tradename used by the J. Stevens Arms and Tool Company on pistols and shotguns produced for the Cornwall Hardware Co. of New York. They had a double barrel 12 ga. with external hammers. The shotgun is worth anywhere from $75 to $350 depending on the condition.
Several firms used the ACME brand, most notably Crescent and HD Folsom Hardware. A "gun in hand" appraisal will be more accurate, but these were generally inexpensive guns with Damascus (twist) steel barrels. Value today is roughly in the $150 range. These should NOT be fired with modern day ammo.
W.H Davenport was a minor shotgun manufacturer that produced primarily single shot 10 & 12 gauge shotguns between 1870 and 1910. They built some double barrel guns under the "King Nitro" trade name, which were sold by mail order hardware companies. Acme was another trade name for guns produced by W.H Davenport.
