The value of a Westpoint shotgun will depend on the weapon's condition. If in excellent condition the shotgun is worth $500.
The westpoint by savage model 25 is a stevens favorite/crackshot model 71 or 72. It is configured like the 72 with a chrome hammer and lever. Westpoint was brand for Cotter & co. which owned True Value hardware. They were sold from the 1970 until the 1990's
10-100 USD or so
I would not sell a good one for less than $550.
A Westpoint Model 45 is a store brand. The cross over model is a Marlin Model 60. The Marlin Model 60 sells for around $200.00 new. A used model 60 is worth between $50.00 and $150.00, depending on condition. Store brands such as the Westpoint, Revelation, Western Field, etc. are valued slightly less than the actual Marlin Model 60.

My model 167 TD series K was a gift in the late 1970's (new) and it has a serial number on the receiver. I'm told that the presence of the serial number indicates that it was likely mfg after 1968.
