depending on condition from 700 hundred to1500 hundred
Your winchester model 37 red letter 20ga is valued at between 120-325 dollars based on your shotgun having between 60%-90% original finish and a good bore. This also reflects the 35%premium for having a red letter model, and a 32in barrel.
400
Do you mean a Winchester model 37 single shot shotgun in 16 gauge? If so then your red letter shotgun will bring between 120-300 dollars based on the shotgun having between 70%-90% of its original finish.
First I would check the model number of your winchester shotgun. The correct model number is 37.Winchester made the model 37 single shot from 1936-1963,with 1,015,000 made during this time span.Th red letter reference is only to the model 37 shotgun. While many of these were made over the years,Winchester never kept records on these shotguns because they were made with no serial numbers.A firearm serial number was only required after the gun control act was passed in 1968.

A red letter Winchester 37 has a red W on the bottom of the receiver. They bring about a 15% premium over standard 37's. Be careful that it is a true 37 and not a 37A.
Daisy model 94 Carbine (not Winchester) Plastic stock and forearm. dummy hammer. 1955-62. Part of the Red Ryder series.
$200 would be a great price to buy one that is not one of the red letter models. I paid $250 for a nice one at the Louisville Gun Show last weekend.
1963
I just bought one at auction for $130.00 This one is a 16 ga., excellent condition, but IS NOT a red letter model. THey do not have serial numbers, so you can't put a date on any except the red letter models, which were the first ones made, in 1937. They were made until the 60's, then followed by the 37-A, which is worth nothing. Many were sleeved for turkey shoots, and lost their colectors value. They are still out there, and the only one that is hard to find is the 28 ga. I gave up on that one years ago. Hope this helps.
-- Answer -- The question refers to the Winchester Model 37 single-shot. In the Winchester 37, the .410 is worth more than the 12ga or 20ga. The 'red letter' versions bring a premium (red coloring in the 'Winchester' markings). The larger bore shotguns will bring $200-$250, the .410 at $350 maybe $400 if really really nice. sales@countrygunsmith.net
