Please include the model number to get the correct answer to your question.
The Model 77 Winchester will fire either long or long rifle cartridges. It is not chambered to fire short .22s cartridges.
Impossible to answer without knowing the model.
Sears had rifles made in .22 and .22L under the Ted Williams brand by Winchester (M94, M190) and Ithica (M49). -- But Only ONE of those is semiauto -- The marking on your rifle is actually '3T' not '37.' It is the Winchester Model 190 as made for Sears. sales@countrygunsmith.net

As much as 350.00 us , depending on the overall condition of course.
Did you load it with .22L (Long) or .22 LR (Long Rifle)? As long as the bolt opens rearward or can be removed, you should be able to safely remove the cartridge by gently running a cleaning rod down the barrel to push it out the breach. If the bolt will not open at all now, do not try to force it...take it to a gun shop/gun smith.
