AnswerI have a set of skeet grade II engraved by Felix Funken. The historian for Browning said the value was much higher because of the signing and the year of prduction.AnswerFELIX FUNKEN ENGRAVED ALL OF THOSE GRADES. IF HE DID A GUN, HE WOULD SIGN IT. THESE GUNS IN ALL GRADE MENTION WOULD GO FOR A HIGHER PRICE BECAUSE OF HIS NAME. BROWNING MADE GRADE III, IV, V & VI AND WERE ENGRAVED BY MANY DIFFERENT ENGRAVERS. FELIX FUNKEN WAS A MASTER ENGRAVER AND STARTED THE BROWNING ENGRAVING SCHOOL. FRANKFekix Funken engraved all grades except grade 1. He also made special order guns with custom engraving. It is possible some guns engraved by his students were signed by him, which was an accepted practice for a master engraver. And yes they are wortj more.
