Yes, the big 100K is a fantastic weapon. But, it's not the best darkness weapon around. The Big 100K is a melee weapon, but when versing undead creatures or non-living (a.k.a zombies, undead, liches) it enhances and turns into a magic light weapon.
So, the best DARKNESS weapon on adventure quest would be the Blackened Undead BlackHawke's Blade. Yes, it is a long name but it does
9-38 damage and a 4 hit special attack.
