∙ 14y agoThat is a Stevens double. Pull straight down on the forend to separate it from the barrel set. Then open the barrels and remove them down and forward. Far as you need to go.

I would look at the number of barrels. If there is more than one barrel, you know you have at least a double barrel shotgun. If there are 1 or less barrels, then you don't.
The cartridges will pop out.
