First, go to egunparts.com and download the schematic, or find the schematic in the local library, or other resource. Ahead of the trigger guard on the left side is a takedown lever. Work it down, and the slide should remove from the rear. You may have to lift the slide off the rails. BUT, it has been years since I worked on one of these! Best wishes.

In the US, you need to locate a dealer in your home state that has a special license ( commonly called a Class III) to sell suppressors. You will need to apply to the BATFE for transfer of the suppressor to you, and pay a $200 tax on the transfer.

It would have been manufactured by Erma and imported by the North Kansas City company, which has been out of business since 2000. The Blue Book lists the P-98 at $170 in 100% condition. Last MSR was $209.
