With the gun closed, grasp the front end of the forearm and pull it away from the barrel. Depending on the condition of the retaining spring and pin, this could take some effort. Once the forearm is removed, grasp the barrel in the left hand and the grip area in the right (with your right hand as though you are holding it as to shoot it). With the right thumb, move the release lever to the right so that the gun will break open. Now the barrel will come off completely and you are ready to clean. If you are in need of further breakdown, seek the help of a local competent gunsmith.
Iver Johnson
50-100 USD
I'm not sure if it's a champion but I do own an Iver Johnson 24 gauge shotgun...single break action...I beleive they were made between 1909 to 1913... my grand father first gun at 14 yrs old...

Ivory johnson 16 guage chamion shot gun
My best guess is $350
A 16 gauge Iver Johnson Champion is worth fifty dollars--sixty if you throw in a box of shells worth ten dollars.
No more than 100 USD, if that.
No more than 100 USD depending on condition.
50-100 USD
i have a champion 12 gauge by iver johnson with a 36 inch barrel
Well I'm assuming you mean the Champion 12 gauge single shot? If so by the cocking pin there is a lever that moves vertical left from right. Turn the lever right an the barrel breaks. (The lever basicaly right on top of the stock )
