The 25x59 calibre round is a grenade that has been adapted to be fired out of the XM109 Anti-material rifle, the XM25 Individual Air-Burst Weapon System as well as the XM307 Advanced Crew Served Weapon. The cartridge itself is just over half the size of the .50 BMG Heavy Machine Gun Cartridge, whilst the diameter of the round is just under twice the width. Examples of the round can be found in this handy diagram; http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/systems/munitions/images/xm307-25mm.gif
Most BB are .177 caliber but there are a few that are .175 caliber.

Big bore rifles are generally considered to be 40 caliber and above.
No. He was shot by a 9mm.
A 410 shotgun is basically a 41 caliber smoothbore. A 45 caliber round may fit in the chamber, but the bullet is too big. Don't do it.
Any bullet that has a diameter of one half inch is a .50 caliber bullet. There are different .50 caliber bullets- my Hawken muzzle loading rifle shoots a .50 caliber lead bullet, but different from the .50 Browning Machine Gun (that is also used in the .50 Barret sniper rifle)
We assume you mean .300 caliber. That is 30/100ths of an inch. A bit smaller than the diameter of a regular pencil.
No. The bullet is too big. A 30-30 is a .30 caliber bullet. a .38 bullet is .357 caliber
In metric measurements, the .45 ACP is referred to as 11.43x23mm.
As big as someone aspires to make it, I suppose.
