As said below, the Desert Eagle is not a revolver. It is also not cheap, nor in my opinion an especially impressive handgun except to those that fell in love with video games, and do not shoot real firearms.
No, you cannot.
No, you cannot.
In a .44 Magnum revolver, yes. In a semi-automatic .44 Magnum (such as the Desert Eagle), no.
100000000 meters
no
Given the right components, yes.

Sorry- that is not a question. Please reword, and post it again. We will try to help.
Yes
No. For one, the shorter .38 Special rounds won't seat in the magazine. Also, unlike revolvers, the Desert Eagle has a formed chamber in which the cartridge seats into the chamber in a manner so that proper headspace is achieved. A .38 Special cartridge will not achieve this headspace, and firing it under those conditions can be very dangerous to the firer and others.
Not to my knowledge. I do have a .32 rimfire pistol with a little over 100 rounds of ammo for it. It does shoot but I don't shoot it anymore for the simple reason that you can't get any more ammo for it.
