I lost the key to my safe - can it be replaced by Brinks?
I have a brinks 4 no. Safe gorgot the turning sequence for it can u help?
ADT owns Brinks call them there 1800 number and they can send you a form to swear the safe is yours then send you a new key once you pay them

To open a Brinks Fire Safe, you need the combination for the combination lock or the key. If for whatever reason you lost the combination for the lock, you should call customer service at 1-800-223-8566.
on the bottom of the safe there is a round metal plug, turn it to the left using a flat bladed screw driver, when it is off you will see concrete, taking the screw driver and hammer remove this concrete untill you have a small hole at least 4inches wide take a large drill and make a hole, you are now inside, take a long metal bar and snap out the cover plate screw(easy) now you can turn the lock and line up the gates so the fence can drop in, you will need a bright light to see this.when you are through put a piece of good tape over your hole on the inside and fill it back with plaster of Paris and put your metal plug back over the hole, you will never know that it was ever done
