Contrary to a popular myth which abounds, there is no federal law against it - the FMCSR says absolutely nothing about firearms in a commercial vehicle. However, it may not necessarily be a feasible thing to do. If you work for a carrier who crosses the border into Canada, or goes into ports and/or military installations, it'll be a bit problematic.
