The biggest danger of a jet ski is a collision. While there are any number of other possible dangers, this is the one that is the most likely to result in a death or serious injury.Every jet ski operator should be familiar with the most common types of jet ski collisions:1) Two or more jet skis are operating in close proximity. Someone falls of one jet ski and is hit by another jet ski. The operator of the other jet ski was avoiding the other jet skis but didn't notice the person in the water.2) Two or more jet skis are operating in close proximity. One jet ski is directly behind another and the lead jet ski slows down suddenly. The person in the following jet ski panics, releases the throttle (meaning they have no steering), and hits the lead jet ski. (Astronaut Alan G. Poindexter was recently killed in this type of accident.)3) A jet ski rider collides with a fixed object such as a log or bridge support.4) A jet ski rider collides with a swimmer in the water. In addition, it is vital that every rider of a PWC wear an appropriate personal flotation device. You can get thrown off a jet ski and lose consciousness. Without a life preserver, drowning is a serious risk.
The 1up setting points the jet up, this assist the ski in keeping a level ride when you have 2 people on board, it forces the rear of the ski down which raises the front to help the ski "plane" quicker The neutral setting is for general 1 person use, the jet is running parrelel to the ski. The 1 and 2 down possitions are for when you are towing toys, the jet points down which forces the rear of the ski up to compensate for the extra load of the object being towed and helps stop the rear of the ski bogging down.

I am 99.99% sure that jetskis do not have gears.
Remove the spark plugs, dump in some 2 cycle oil over each piston, replace the spark plugs, turn the engine over 1 or 2 times, Let the Jet Ski stand for a while.
For the first part with the jet-ski, put the jet-ski towards the back (the left side) of the screen so you have more of a heads-up with the sharks and floaters. When you get to the part where the rocks are coming down, move the jet-ski all the way to to the right side of the screen. The rocks don't come there. And finally, for the climb up the mountain, jump over all the little boulders and go under all the giant ones. You will have a better chance of winning that way.
Different states and countries around the world have different rules. In Western australia, the Skippers Ticket covers Jet Ski's and all recreational boats. We train people in Jet Ski's, our new Jet Boat, centre console and have even trained hovercraft operators - all for the Skippers Ticket. In other states you need 2 different licences, or qualifications.
